  • Are all your rooms self-contained, and what does that include?

    Yes!  All of our rooms are self-contained with kitchenettes for our guests enjoyment and convenience.  The equipment in each room includes a bar-sized fridge (full fridge available in the family rooms), microwave, two-burner cooktops, basic pots, pans and cookery equipment, cutlery, toaster, kettle and dishwashing needs.  Each of our rooms also has complimentary shampoo, conditioner and hand-soap dispensers, iron and ironing board.  We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible to help you relax and feel right at home.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We offer a free 24 hour cancellation. As long as you let us know by 2pm the day before your arrival, you can cancel for free. 

  • Is there an EFTPOS surcharge?

    All transactions made via credit card/EFTPOS will incur a 1.15% surcharge. 

  • I have a big car, where can I park?

    We have 25 undercover parking spaces (one carpark per room), with a 2.5m clearance. If you have a particularly long/tall vehicle, there is street parking available with plenty of room, even for trucks.

  • Are your rooms non-smoking?

    All our rooms are fresh, clean and smoke free.  We offer the comfort and convenience of a designated modern smoking area with comfortable seating that is serviced daily for our guests.

  • Can I charge my electrical vehicle at your motel?

    Yes! We have an EV charger available. Please let our team know at the time of booking if you require this. 

  • How do I do my laundry?

    Each wash and dry takes $4 with $1 coins available at reception during office hours and washing powder available for purchase.

  • Do you have any meals onsite?

    No, we do not have a restaurant attached to our motel. We do however stock a boxed, ready-to-go breakfast available for purchase at reception. The Greenbank RSL is within walking distance, and are open from 10am til late.

  • What are the check-in and check out times?

    Check-in is available from 2pm on the day of your arrival, and check out is at 10am. If you require an earlier check-in, please request this at the time of booking and we will endeavour to do our best to accommodate your preference. 

  • I’m not going to get there before reception closes, can I check-in late?

    Yes! There is a lockbox located outside reception for our guests that need to arrive after office hours.  On the afternoon of your check-in we can SMS you with the code to the lockbox and our after-hours check-in procedure.  Please let us know by calling (07) 3802 4222 at your earliest convenience if you require this service.

  • “Do Not Disturb” Policy.

    In the event that a room displays a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door for a period of three (3) or more consecutive days, a member of our housekeeping staff will be required to enter the room for a welfare check and to empty any rubbish. This is to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests, and to maintain the cleanliness of the room. This policy is in place for the comfort and security of all our guests.
