What is the earliest time to check in?
Our standard check-in time is 1pm; however if you require the unit earlier please contact our friendly staff to see if this can be done.
Can I arrive outside of the Reception's opening hours (7am-8:30pm)?
Please notify the reception in advance if you are arriving outside of these hours.
Do you have undercover parking?
We offer undercover parking to all of our guests, with one parking space allotted per room.
Are your rooms non-smoking?
We pride ourselves in providing a non-smoking environment to ensure the cleanliness of the rooms.
Do you have a restaurant?
We do not have a restaurant, as the Greenbank RSL is 200m away. However we do have a breakfast dining room, which is available Monday to Friday from 6:30 – 8:00am.
Do you have room service for breakfast?
We offer room service breakfast from 6:30-8:00am on Monday to Friday and 7:00-8:00am on Saturday and Sunday.
Do you have Wireless Internet in the rooms?
Each of rooms has the capability of connecting devices to our Wi-Fi network. We also offer cable connections for each room.
Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?
Unfortunately we do not have an outdoor entertainment area, but we have a swimming pool for the enjoyment of all guests.
How close are you to the shopping centers?
We are enviably located within 2 minutes of the Grand Plaza Shopping Centre, which offers 170 outlets including Big W, Target, Kmart, Woolworths, Coles and ALDI.
How close are you to restaurants?
We are a mere 200m from the Greenbank RSL Club while also being located within 2-5 minutes by car of number of restaurants and fast food outlets including:
- Pizza Hut
- Fasta Pasta
- Outback Jacks
Do you have Foxtel?
As a complimentary service, we offer 8 channels of Foxtel in all our rooms. The channels include:
- TV Hits
- Sky News
- National Geographic
- Fox 1
- Fox 2
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours will see the full amount for the first cancelled night being charged.
How do I guarantee by booking?
To guarantee the booking we require credit card details or full payment of the first night.
Do you have a gym?
While we do not have a gym onsite, we are conveniently located near many different gymnasiums.
