In order to provide the service you have requested, it is necessary for us to collect your information, however, we treat this with the utmost confidentiality. None of the information that is collected is distributed to third parties or used in a way that is not authorised.
If for any reason you wish to cancel your booking, this is to be done 48 hours prior to the date of check-in. Unfortunately, if we receive the cancellation after this we require a cancellation fee of the first night's accommodation. If you are checking out earlier than expected, reception is to be notified by 12 pm the day before check out.
To maintain a standard of cleanliness, each of our rooms is strictly non-smoking. Our kitchenette facilities are for your convenience but are to be cleaned before departure. If this is not followed management reserves the right to impose charges or retain the bond provided at check-in.
At the time of booking, credit card details are required to secure your booking. However, if the payment is by cash, EFTPOS or debit credit card, a $150.00 bond is needed, which will be refunded at the time of checkout once the room has been checked by staff. While a surcharge of 3% on American Express apply to all transactions.
